Instructions for Uploading Catalogs

Catalog Format and Size

At this time we only accept catalogs in PDF file format, however, we accept all language versions and encourage you to submit all language versions of your catalogs.

For optimum results, each catalog should be no larger than 1,200 pages or 100 megabytes.

If you have any questions or special requests, please enter these in the "Message" box in the upload dialogue window or in the feedback form.

You can submit multiple catalogs for hosting (i.e. applications, cross reference, interchange, mini-catalog, number-finder, product guide etc.) However, if catalog sizes are large, upload one catalog at a time for best transfer results.

Upload Instructions

Go to the Upload Catalogs page.
Click on the "Choose File" button.
Select the catalog file on your hard drive or folder.
Enter your name and email address (both are required).
In the Subject box enter the catalog title (optional).
In the Message box enter any comments or questions you have (optional)
Press the "Send Transfer" button. The catalog will then begin uploading - the length of time to upload will depend on the file size and your internet connection speed.
You can monitor progress in the status bar at the bottom of your browser.
If you need to upload another catalog, follow the same procedure.
If you need to provide us with additional contact details such email addresses, phone numbers or mailing addresses please provide these in the Feedback form.
